We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Set up dining areas and prepare trays for meal services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests Assist the cook in food preparation and service, adhering to established policies and procedures Deliver meal carts to residents and maintain cleanliness of assigned dining areas Accurately record refrigerator temperatures and maintain proper food storage Wash and store dishes, maintaining overall kitchen sanitation Follow federal, state, and company regulations regarding food safety and dietary restrictions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns Qualifications Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Basic math skills for handling guest checks and cash transactions Time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation and service Willingness to learn and grow in the food service industry Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment Knowledge of food safety principles and practices (preferred) Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry (preferred) Additional Information Salary: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to life 50 pounds
