JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join our Front of House team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment. Your ability to upsell menu items and provide knowledgeable recommendations will enhance the overall guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and be adept at using our in-house, delivery and collection POS systems
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their customer journey, addressing any concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas during service
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
