We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This position offers competitive pay of $16.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner. * Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. * Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly. * Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any service issues promptly and professionally. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. * Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. * Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
