Department: Premium Restaurants
Location: Rogers Centre – Ticketmaster Lounge, Level 300
Reports To: Premium Services Manager
Employment Type: Hourly + Tips

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests in a warm, timely, and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide accurate information on items, ingredients, and dietary considerations.
  • Take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, presentation, and temperature.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, clear tables, and manage refills as needed.
  • Process payments via POS system, including bill splitting and accurate tip handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service stations.
  • Communicate guest feedback and service concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink limits.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
  • Complete pre- and post-shift tasks such as restocking, polishing, side duties, and setup/tear-down.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Smart Serve certification required.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume or premium restaurant strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capable of lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods, including stairs.
  • Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays, and all major stadium events (minimum 80% availability required).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
