The Role Servers at Cordillera Ranch are responsible for delivering attentive, polished service across our dining venues, including the Main Dining Room, Twin Sisters, Axis, and club events. This role requires strong attention to detail, menu knowledge, and the ability to provide a seamless dining experience from start to finish. You will be part of a team that values professionalism, consistency, and genuine hospitality. What You’ll Do Member Hospitality • Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests • Build genuine relationships with regular members • Read the table and adjust service style accordingly • Create a welcoming and comfortable dining experience Food & Beverage Knowledge • Maintain strong knowledge of menus, features, and club offerings • Guide members through the menu with confidence and clarity • Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell appropriately Service Execution • Ensure accurate order entry and timing of courses • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams • Maintain awareness of table needs throughout the meal • Deliver consistent, high-quality service from start to finish Team Support • Work closely with bartenders, runners, and hosts • Assist teammates during busy service periods • Support club events, tournaments, and special functions • Complete opening and closing side work to standard Who Thrives in This Role The most successful servers at Cordillera Ranch are: • professional and dependable • personable and confident • detail-oriented • team-focused • comfortable working in a private club environment This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality and takes pride in doing things the right way.
