Title Server REPORTS TO Food and Beverage Supervisor SUMMARY The Server is an integral part of the Food and Beverage Team. The Server will provide drinks and menu items to casino guests. He/She is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and answering inquiries about menu, cocktails, prices, and services of the casino. CORE COMPETENCIES * Customer Service * Team Work * Interpersonal Awareness * Communication JOB DUTIES * Serving food and beverages to guests following proper guidelines * Interacting with casino guests and responding knowledgeably to inquiries about the menu, prices, services and features of the casino REQUIREMENTS * At least 18 years of age * Able to maintain a security clearance * Available to work evenings/weekends * Individuals with integrity and high standard * Pleasant, out-going, energetic individuals * Someone who is enthusiastic * Fluent in English * Team player * Easy going personality * Willing to learn WORK CONDITIONS * Must be able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques – responsible for stocking non-alcoholic beverages * Must be able to stand for prolong period of time. * Must be able to bend to reach shelves * Must be able to carry a serving tray with drinks/food * Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties * Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays * Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
