JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and satisfied throughout their meal. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service expectations.
