Description The Kensington Hotel is seeking friendly and reliable Restaurant Servers to join our team at Relish, our on-site restaurant that offers a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere for both corporate and leisure guests. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we’d love to hear from you. We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. $12 per hour + gratuity Serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests. Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality. Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks. Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages. Input orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest. Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneys. Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment, deposit cash drops and secure bank. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Servers are responsible for courteously and promptly serving food and beverages to guests to ensure satisfaction, while also preparing drinks for other servers. Duties also include maintaining stock, cutting, and storing all fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables daily.
