The Role: You Set the Table for Connection As a Server at The Newberry, you are more than an order-taker. You are a storyteller, a guide, and a key part of each guest’s journey. You’ll deliver personalized, attentive service and make every meal feel like a special occasion—whether it’s morning espresso or late-night bites with craft cocktails.
