From menu guidance and order accuracy to table cleanliness and payment processing, you’ll ensure each visit exceeds expectations and reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. What You’ll Do Green guests warmly and present menus, answer questions, and make food or beverage recommendations Take and relay guest orders accurately via the POS system to the kitchen or bar Deliver food and beverages promptly and check in regularly to anticipate additional needs Clear tables and reset dining areas efficiently between guests Assist with basic prep tasks (e.g., coffee brewing, soup ladling, etc.) as needed Process guest payments, including handling cash and credit card transactions Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas Respond to guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment Adhere to all health and safety standards, as well as Resolute Road Hospitality and brand specific policies Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and regulations Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and work on your feet for extended periods Friendly, confident, and polished presence in guest interactions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Quick thinking and effective problem solving under pressure Proficient with POS systems and cash handling best practices Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Previous food service or banquet experience preferred Licenses & Certifications SafeServ Certification TIPS or equivalent training Additional Information Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.
