Position Title: Server Summary As a Server, you are committed to delivering exceptional service. You take pride in your knowledge of the menu and use your communication skills and positive attitude to create personalized, memorable experiences. You consistently uphold company standards and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities * Maintain expert-level knowledge of all menu items and confidently answer guest questions about ingredients, preparation, and pairings. * Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service, including taking orders, maintaining drink levels, and clearing unused items. * Operate the POS system efficiently, processing cash and credit transactions with accuracy. * Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs proactively throughout the guest experience. * Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and legal regulations to ensure responsible service. * Ensure food presentation and quality meet company standards for every plate served. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in your section and assist others as needed. * Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.   Required Skills and Abilities * Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills. * Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. * Strong attention to detail and time management. * Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards. * Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.   Education and Experience * Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications required prior to employment. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting. Work Schedule * Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are peak service times.
