We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food service industry.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus but not mandatory as training will be provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Provide attentive service by checking in with guests throughout their meal, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in accordance with food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of food handling procedures.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and effective communication during busy periods.
