We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically MaitreD.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and customer service techniques.
