JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a friendly, approachable person to join our team.
You will be guiding the customers by helping them select drinks according to their taste and preference.
You will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from guests. You will also be serving food and drinks in a timely manner. Your attitude should be welcoming and friendly to maintain good relations with the guest.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong serving and hospitality skills
  • Experience in catering and food preparation
  • Background in restaurant operations
  • Bartending and barista experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

  • Taking food and beverage orders from guests
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Preparing tables according to proper sanitation standards.
  • Serving food and beverages quickly, efficiently and with a keen eye for presentation
  • Ensuring that tables are reset accordingly.
  • Listening to the customer order carefully and attentively.
  • Giving suggestions regarding the drinks & food if asked by the customer.
  • Working in a team to deliver a great guest experience.
  • Maintain the standard & quality of the service.
  • Providing bills & ensuring tables have paid.
  • Making sure the customer receives a proper farewell.
