Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The goal of our servers is to provide our guests with an enjoyable dining experience. Our servers will be tasked with: * Greeting guests within five minutes of taking their seats. * Making sure the table stays clean throughout the guests stay. * Taking food and beverage orders and highlighting any specials of the day. * Providing refills * Taking accurate and timely orders. * Upsell any additions, when appropriate. * Use our POS system to ring in orders. * Communicate effectively with the Kitchen and support staff. * Properly deliver checks and complete payments. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS * Good written and verbal communication. * Available to work Friday through Sunday Brunch shifts. * Ability to stand and walk for at least 4 hours per shift. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to manage money * Must be at least 19 years of age and have obtained a liquor license. PREFERRED SKILLS * Prior serving experience * Highschool Diploma or GED BENEFITS Fulltime employees will be eligible for benefits.
