POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset (but not required—we’re happy to train the right person)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain if required)

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Answer questions about menu items and specials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining space
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Support the team with restocking, cleaning, and other tasks as needed
• Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
