We are a multi-sensory sanctuary that blends ancient practices with modern design to inspire health, balance and connection. Offering Saunas, Cold Plunge, Steam, Food and Beverage and Lounge, we will work to be Toronto’s premier sanctuary of well-being where the act of self-care is elevated to an art form.
Our facility will offer their guests a self-guided escape with the space and hospitality to disconnect from the world and reconnect with themselves and others on their journey to a lightness of being.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage, ideally in a wellness, boutique, or fine dining environment.
• Strong attention to detail and guest experience.
• Confidence in upselling and communicating menu items.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Smart Serve certification
• Interest in wellness and hospitality alignment.

• Greet guests promptly and warmly with knowledge of both spa and restaurant offerings.
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, highlighting wellness-driven items and dietary accommodations.
• Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring guest needs and allergies are confirmed and communicated to kitchen/bar.
• Maintain table cleanliness and monitor guests’ needs throughout their visit.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to leads or management when needed.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of service stations, dining areas, and restocking duties.
