REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and relationship building.
• Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for complete satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
• Assist in food preparation when necessary, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions effectively.
