WINERY SERVER

We’re seeking passionate and professional individuals to join our team!
Our Winery Servers report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, supporting daily tasting room operations, and achieving daily sales goals by leading our guests through educational wine and cider tastings.

• Engage with our guests on a one-on-one basis, educating and telling our story in an effective and dynamic way through tastings and sales
• Conduct guided tastings that impress our guests, leading to wine and cider sales
• Responsible for the daily operations of the tasting room including maintaining wine & cider levels, POS system use, organization & cleanliness
• Enthusiasm, in a professional manner, for promoting wine sales & our Wine Club
• Handle retail transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals
