• Following direction from leadership on assigned tasks.
• Following established safe work policies and practices.
• Following Shannon’s Irish Pub and Eatery Inc policies and procedures.
• Meeting the established attendance expectations.
• Meeting the productivity performance expectations and taking accountability for actions.
• Smart Choices/Serving safe certificate required.
• 3 years minimum service experience is expected.
• Able to work well with a strong team that supports each other.
• Fun, energetic and able to manage quick changing atmosphere from daytime to evening.
