OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

SKILLS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards
• Culinary experience or fine dining experience is advantageous
• Experience as a host/host or in guest services is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
