We are hiring for our team and are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about bringing smiles to our customers and providing excellent hospitality. Apply online to be a part of our team! Job Duties Greet all guests with a smile and a friendly greeting. Assist and take guest's orders. Employ approved suggestive selling techniques to assist guests who are undecided. Operate a cash register. Perform side work duties as directed by manager. Clean tables and counters in the dining room area. Maintain cleanliness of facility. Control the food flow from the kitchen to fellow Servers and for Delivery (if applicable). Responsible for communicating special instructions between the Kitchen Staff, Servers, Delivery Staff and Management. Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items. Stock food products, perform side work duties as directed by manager, clean tables and counters in the dining room area, and maintain cleanliness of their work station. Verify food for consistency. Organize orders for table deployment. Make drinks, take orders, clear and clean tables, and ensure work area is clean and orderly. Qualifications Preferred: 3-6 months cash operating experience. Must be able to legally serve alcohol. (Must obtain Alcohol Awareness Card prior to hire.) Must have a current & valid Food Handler's card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District. Strong interpersonal skills. Required: 1 year of recent Customer Service experience. Comfortable standing for entire shift. Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. on a regular basis. Comfortable with operating a cash register. Must be comfortable working both independently and with a team. Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
