Additional Benefits offerings starting for full time employees with one year of service Job Duties: Roll clean silverware for service Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from table Clean and reset tables after guests leave Sweep service area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary Able to assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience Able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met Help with food running Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas Follow Manager directions throughout a shift Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs About Smokey Bones: Smokey Bones is a full-service restaurant delivering great barbecue, award-winning ribs, and good times across 16 states. Smokey Bones serves lunch and dinner and has a full bar featuring a variety of bourbons and whiskeys; a selection of domestic, import, and local craft beers; and signature, handcrafted cocktails. We offer a variety of meats that are slow-smoked, fire-grilled, and available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, or catering and delivery. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English. Legal age in the state to serve alcohol Authorized to work in the United States Additional Requirements: Excellent customer service and people skills In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies Strong attention to detail High energy levels Ability to work in a team Excellent verbal communication Physical Requirements: Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level. Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet. Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift. Able to hear, understand and respond to employees’ and guests’ requests in a loud environment. Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include preparing service areas by rolling silverware, cleaning tables, and sweeping, while also ensuring guests receive assistance throughout their dining experience from start to finish. Servers must also communicate effectively with teammates, escalate guest issues when necessary, and adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
