QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous server experience is preferred but not required – a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are just as important!
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in BC (19 years or older).
  • Serving It Right certification.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

Our servers are the heart of the dining experience, connecting with customers and their families in a lively, fast-paced environment. Whether it’s a quick bite between races or a celebratory meal, you’ll be providing personalized service that makes each visit special.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and exciting dining experience.
  • Recommend menu items based on guests’ preferences, dietary needs, and time availability.
  • Accurately take orders, input them into the POS system, and serve food and drinks promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
  • Handle payments, process transactions, and balance the POS system.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations, following customer service guidelines.
  • Check ID for age-restricted items and manage responsible service of alcohol.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Perform other duties as required, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
