JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.

• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent guest services at all times.
