JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in food service and hospitality.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation procedures is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous but not required as training will be provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to prioritize tasks and provide prompt service.
