We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables promptly and assisting with sanitation efforts.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive guest relations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines.
