MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cultural dining practices is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Smart Serve certification (or equivalent) is preferred.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the restaurant.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.
• Deliver food and beverages to the correct table in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
• Accurately process guest orders and handle payment transactions.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and timely food delivery.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing any special requests, dietary needs, or concerns from guests.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer service.
