Station House Bar and Grill is a small business on the Abbotsford / Aldergrove border. We are Customer and Community focused in a fast paced environment.
We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly and driven individual with both Bartending and Serving experience within a Pub atmosphere to join our fun, high-energy team.
The ideal candidate will have a mature and responsible demeanor and can easily build rapport with guests and regulars. As well as handle large sections and high volume at peak times.
We are looking for someone who is as comfortable behind the bar as they are on the floor and can take initiative by multi-tasking to efficiently get the job done while remaining professional and keeping a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Guests with an excellent experience from start to finish;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- be able to work as part of a team as well as individually;
- take initiative to get the job done timely and efficiently;
- make and serve drinks, quickly;
- take orders, run food and clean tables;
- build report with regular clientele with an outgoing personality;
- be able to work up to 8 hours on the floor;
Weekend and Evening availability is a MUST.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.75-$22.11 per hour
