As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences is desirable.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments are essential.

• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for checks and tips.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests.
