JOB OVERVIEW

EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
  • Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
  • Experience in upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences is desirable.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments are essential.
