In This Role, You’ll Bring: Seamlessly coordinate with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure timely food and beverage delivery. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by taking accurate orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed and well cared for. Thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and modifications to provide informed recommendations and answer guest questions. Handle payments accurately using POS systems, manage checks, and process cash and card transactions efficiently. Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas before, during, and after service to meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Monitor tables throughout the meal to respond promptly to guest needs, including refills, special requests, and issue resolution. Ensure all food and beverage items are presented according to restaurant standards. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with teammates, supporting other servers, bussers, and kitchen staff as needed to meet peak-time demands. Participate in pre-shift meetings, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within the role and take on additional responsibilities. Ideally bring 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, guest-focused dining environment.
