Server Job Description
A Taste of Belgium SERVER is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, personalized service, and a truly unforgettable experience.
The Ideal Candidate will excel in the following areas

Hospitality

• Outgoing, sparkly, and friendly
• Attentive; ensuring that our guests receive prompt, friendly and personalized service
• Outstanding communication skills

• Love working in a team environment to achieve goals and provide top-notch serviceHas a passion for great food and beverages

Teamwork

• Work as a TEAM - assist in the service of ALL guests
• Perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time

• Perform all closing functions including side work and cleaningRestock and maintain supplies throughout the shift

Attention to detail

• Ensure all orders are correct by ringing them in accurately
• Proper and accurate cash handling and credit card processing
• Knowledge of all menu offerings and pricesAdhere to all local and State liquor service laws

Environmental Requirements

• AM and weekend availability

• Ability to stand for long periods of time with periods of moving quickly, bending, lifting, and twistingAbility to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
