Description TBK Bank Sports and Entertainment Complex is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Server. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and providing exceptional service to guests. Must have weekend availability. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests by greeting them warmly, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring that the presentation and quality meet venue standards. Keep assigned tables clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with necessary condiments and supplies. Have a good understanding of the menu offerings, including food and beverage options, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences. Proficiently use the point-of-sale (POS) system to enter orders, process payments, and generate guest checks. Suggest and upsell additional items or promotions to increase guest satisfaction and venue revenue. Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions, including making change and processing tips. Complete closing duties, including reconciling payments, cleaning and restocking the server station, and ensuring readiness for the next shift. Requirements Previous server experience preferred. Familiarity with restaurant standards and hospitality Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels. Ability to stand for hours at a time. Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at-a-time without assistance. Must be able to pass a background check.
