JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing an outstanding level of service to our guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Strong knowledge of guest services and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.

  • Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent time management skills.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Process payments accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.
