Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests in a courteous, professional manner Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature Anticipate guests’ needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area Clear tables and reset for next service promptly Assist with event setups and breakdowns as needed Adhere to club policies, health, and safety regulations Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management staff Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus tips; benefits available for full-time staff. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a server in a fine dining, club, or upscale restaurant environment Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Capable of standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Commitment to delivering an elevated member and guest experience
