POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Server, you will be the face of the dining experience, responsible for providing knowledgeable, attentive, and personalized service to our guests. You’ll guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of serving experience in a semi fine dining or upscale casual restaurant preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., TouchBistro, etc.)
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly; guide them through the menu with thorough knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
  • Deliver food and drinks with professionalism and attention to timing and presentation
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the meal
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with discretion and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables, menus, and service stations
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards for professionalism, appearance, and demeanor
