• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and restaurant equipment
• Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
