We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and customer-focused Server to join our café bakery team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the counter and on the floor—helping guests with orders, serving food and drinks, and creating a welcoming environment that keeps people coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a positive attitude as they enter the café.
  • Take and process orders for coffee, drinks, baked goods, and light meals.
  • Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
  • Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately—whether dine-in or to-go.
  • Clear tables and keep the dining and service areas clean and stocked.
  • Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system.
  • Maintain knowledge of bakery items (including rotating offerings) to provide helpful recommendations.
  • Support opening and closing duties as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, baristas, and fellow team members.
  • Ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous café, bakery, or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Outgoing and customer-service driven.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, casual environment.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments.
  • Passion for coffee, pastries, and good vibes.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Available for early mornings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £100.00 per day
