As a server at The PIZZERIA, you're more than just an order taker-you're the heart of the guest experience. What We're Looking For: A people person who can make every guest feel like family. Strong multitasking skills-taking orders, running food, and keeping the dining area flowing seamlessly. A passion for hospitality and a desire to create unforgettable experiences. Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus but not required. A team player who communicates effectively with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management. Someone who stays cool under pressure and keeps a positive attitude, even during busy shifts. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs, and move quickly in a high-energy setting. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. What You'll Do: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Take accurate orders, make menu recommendations, and deliver food with efficiency and attention to detail. Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to create a top-tier dining experience. Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service. Handle payments and transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area. Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
