JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have the ability to work efficiently under pressure. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred, with knowledge of the food industry.
  • Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards.
  • Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Previous experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably TOAST POS.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions, while upselling when appropriate.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
