QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Food Safe Certificate
• Serving it Right Certificate
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $17.85-$18.54 per hour
  Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and accurately process customer orders using POS systems, including cash handling.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and maintain a smooth workflow.
