Requirements Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices Strong communication skills with both guests and team members Ability to learn and memorize menu items to make knowledgeable recommendations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic, tactful manner Daytime and weekend availability
