Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with their orders tableside. Provide menu information and recommendations to customers. Ensure orders are accurately taken and communicated to the kitchen staff. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized FOH. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to read and follow instructions written in English. Positive attitude and emotional awareness. Capacity to take, give, and apply constructive criticism. Requirements Physical and Mental Needs: Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods Able to read and follow written English instructions Able to regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools Able to safely navigate the dining and patio areas, including crowded spaces Able to move 100, using appropriate techniques and tools Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors Able to comply with and enforce all health, safety, and personal hygiene policies and standards

Responsibilities

Servers are responsible for greeting customers, assisting with orders tableside, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring orders are accurately communicated to the kitchen staff. They must also handle financial transactions efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the front of house.
