Title: Server Reports To: Restaurant Manager Department: Food & Beverage   Summary of Position: Responsible for serving food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Responsibilities: * Accurately take orders from guests, submit to kitchen using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner * Knowledge of restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials * In an honest and timely manner, prepare checks, process credit cards, accept and make accurate change for cash payments * Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures * Provide timely, courteous service to all guests throughout the meal service * Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned * Accurately prepare sales and tip reports at shift’s end, deposit cash and credit card receipts * Understand Company ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, Health and Safety standards, policies, goals and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas * Complete other front of house duties such as host, and busser- food runner as needed to meet business requirements * Other duties per Duties Checklist and as requested Position Requirements: * Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company F&B policy * Excellent customer service and people skills * Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts * Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork * Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people   Education and Experience: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment Resort/National Park Concession preferred
