We’re looking for an exceptional Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team at etch. by Steven Edwards, an award-winning modern British restaurant in the heart of Brighton.
This is a key guest-facing role for someone with passion, precision, and personality, delivering service to the highest standard in a Michelin-guide level environment.

• Deliver an impeccable guest experience from start to finish.
• Manage your own section of the dining room with confidence and attention to detail.
• Present and explain dishes with passion, reflecting our focus on Sussex and British produce.
• Pair dishes with wine and beverage suggestions, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain service flow, liaising closely with the kitchen and wine team.
• Ensure your section is always immaculate in presentation and readiness.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalise their experience wherever possible.
