We are Fukuryu Ramen, Columbus’s BEST RAMEN!
We are expanding our menu and creating a more immersive dining experience for our guests and we are looking for team members to help our dining room team.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, knowing the food and ingredients, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. SKILLS

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including knowledge of menu items and drink pairings.
• Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.

• Take accurate orders using the Toast POS system, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
• Uphold health and safety regulations in food service practices.
