JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with food preparation, and effectively upselling menu items.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
  • Basic maths skills for processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
  • A commitment to upholding food safety standards in all aspects of service.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues in a busy environment.

  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to provide solutions that enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
