Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
-Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into Point of Sale terminal
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to tables
-Perform quality checks with guests to ensure food satisfaction
-Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Process payments using a handheld payment device( Pay At The Table)
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas
Skills:
- Experience in food handling and hospitality is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a helpful attitude
- Previous work experience in a restaurant setting is beneficial
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must have Smart Serve Certification

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
