Job Description Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and provide knowledgeable recommendations Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and timing Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries Handle guest feedback and complaints courteously, escalating when necessary Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience Follow hotel service standards, SOPs, and hygiene regulations Support special events, banquets, and private functions as required Process payments when required, following cash handling procedures Qualifications Previous experience as a Server, preferably in a five-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant Diploma or training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service (preferred) Excellent command of English; Greek is an advantage Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Russian) is a strong asset Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette Familiarity with POS systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Guest-oriented with a polished and professional appearance Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills High level of attention to detail and service awareness Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure Reliability and discretion Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
