About the Role:

• Flexible rota with full-time hours
• Mixture of shifts starting from 6:30 am
• Typical shifts: 6:30 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 9 pm, or 10 am – 6 pm
• Serve customers with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a great guest experience
• Opportunity to learn more about Scottish food culture and hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous waiting experience is essential
• A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
